Det mest almindelige neurom i foden er Mortons neurom, som oftest findes mellem 3. og 4. t\u00e5. Kan dog ogs\u00e5 forekomme mellem 2. og 3. t\u00e5. Fortykkesen p\u00e5 nerven er resultatet af kombinationen af irritation og kompression p\u00e5 nerven.<br>Denne kompression medf\u00f8rer h\u00e6velse af nerven og evt. permanent nerveskade.<\/p>\n<p>Patienten oplever smerter, n\u00e5r foden belastes. Ofte beskrives nervesmerterne som snurrende, stikkende eller br\u00e6ndende.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forberedelse:<\/strong><br>Vask fod og ben godt p\u00e5 operationsdagen.<br>Du kan ikke selv k\u00f8re hjem eller tage offentlige transportmidler.<br>Hav smertestillende klar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operationen:<br><\/strong>Foreg\u00e5r i lokalbed\u00f8velse. Under operationen laver man et snit over nerveknuden og fjerner denne. Huden lukkes med sting og foden forbindes.<br><br><strong>Efter operationen:<\/strong><br>P\u00e5 operationsdagen l\u00e6gges en forbinding, som skiftes efter 2 dage. Forbindingen skal holdes ren og t\u00f8r. Det er vigtigt at holde foden h\u00f8jt de f\u00f8rste 2 d\u00f8gn for at undg\u00e5 bl\u00f8dning og un\u00f8digt h\u00e6velse. Man vi altid blive f\u00f8lelsesl\u00f8s mellem de to involverede t\u00e6er, mens smerterne er v\u00e6k.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan i \u00f8vrigt:<\/strong><br>Dag1: Operation<br>Efter to dage: Forbindingsskift til plaster.<br>Efter 10-12 dage: Stingene fjernes hos din egen l\u00e6ge &#8211; husk selv at bestille tid til dette.
